Refund Policy
Regular Returns
Unopened products in saleable condition (no damage to label, etc.) may be returned to our retail store accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase:
– Debit/cash purchases will be refunded as cash.
– Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card.
– Gift card purchases will be refunded as a gift card.
Defective/Bad Product
Defective/bad products may be returned to our retail store for a new, replacement product or a gift card/online coupon (whichever you prefer). Original receipt must be accompanied by the opened/defective/bad product.
