Nose: Cinnamon, red cherries, fresh sliced red apple, and toast. If you blinded me on this I would maybe say Agricole Rum. Super cool; you’d think it would be closer to any sherry cask finish but this is distinctly a Pinot Noir barrel.
Palate: Red fruits; cherry and cranberry. Baking spices (nutmeg, cinnamon), brown sugar, and molasses.
Finish: Lots of that red fruit coming through again, nice and long.

Our Recommendations
A collection of wine, beer, and spirits that our staff are sippin’ on.
Agave Spirits
Tequila and Mezcal have taken the spirits world by storm and for good reason; upgrade your next margarita or enjoy on their own for a nightcap.
Vermouth
Versatile and delicious, like the pictured Punt E Mes. These make great additions to a number of classic and modern cocktails but are also a joy to sip on their own.
