Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) of Romate Fino Sherry
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) of Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
- 1/3 oz (10 ml) of lime juice
- 1/3 oz (10 ml) of agave syrup
- 4 drops of margarita bitters
- Garnish: grapefruit zest
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a nick & nora cocktail glass.
- Garnish with grapefruit zest.
