Ruinart Brut (750ml)

Maison Ruinart was established on September 1st, 1729 in Reims- which many consider to be the heart of the Champagne region. Nicolas Ruinart drafted the founding charter of the domaine, creating the world’s first every champagne-producing company. Dom Thierry Ruinart, Nicolas’ uncle, was a Benedictine monk who lived from 1657-1709 and was a contemporary of Louis XIV. After leaving Champagne for Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Dom learned of a new “wine with bubbles,” long before it was known as Champagne- this knowledge helped set the stage for his nephew Nicolas and what would eventually come Maison Ruinart.

Today, the domaine is owned by LVMH Möet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA (or LVMH, for short) and has taken sustainable packaging to a new level with a pioneering eco-design for 100% paper packaging that is fully recyclable and molded to fit the emblematic curves of the bottle.
