Domaine Anita – Chenas – P’ti Co (750ml)

Domaine Anita is named after Anita Kuhnel who has been making wine under the Domaine Anita since 2015.  Anita’s wine porfolio includes some of the most prestigious crus of Beaujolais.  The actual domaine is located in the smallest Beaujolais Cru, Chénas.  She practices sustainable viticulture, with minimal treatments, green harvesting and smart canopy management. Assisted by Guy Marion, former head of winemaking at Georges Duboeuf, she produces a range of excellent wines.  She vinifies her plots separately and crafts wines that are concentrated and plush, ripe and succulent, but also so lively and concentration that contrasts with freshness.
