Inspired by the Pilsner’s of Germany that are drier and lighter in body compared to the more rich and round Czech style, and feature more dry hopping to accentuate noble hop character. German Noble hops provide spicy, grassy, and herbal notes. This type of beer would be lagered at very cold (almost freezing) temperatures for long periods of time to allow the beer to clean up and take on a ultra crisp and refreshing mouthfeel.
