Itinera Grillo Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)

Grillo is one of the main grapes of Marsala, but since the 2000s, there has been an increased interest in the grape for its potential for distinctive dry wines.  Grillo is a natural crossing between Catarratto Bianco and Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria).  With cool fermentation and reductive winemaking, Grillo can show aromas of fresh cut grass, grapefruit and passion fruit, similar to Sauvignon Blanc, with which this wine is blended.
