An excellent example of low-intervention, forward-thinking winemaking while still maintaining a classic fresh and complex flavour profile. This bottle shows tons of ripe pear and apple notes, with a pleasant oyster shell minerality. Interestingly, it’s blended with 10% Pinot Blanc; an ultra rare decision in a winemaking region steeped in history and tradition. Pair this with a creamy pasta dish, roast chicken, or even better you could have this with a lobster roll.
